The troop planning meeting will be held on June 10. If you have an idea for a troop campout location, download a Trip Suggestion form, fill it out with as many details as you are able, and submit it to Mr. Drzal or Ms. Jones.

at Ft. Rosecrans National Cementary on May 26,
please remember to wear your OA sash.
Also, check in at the OA leader at the event, or contact
Mr. Browne afterward, to earn OA service credit.

Troop Planning Meeting

All troop parents are invited to attend the annual Planning Meeting where campouts, outings, and events for the troop calander
July 2012 - June 2013 will be decided. The Harpers are hosting this meeting at their home—watch for an e-mail announcment for the address and directions. Want to suggest a camping trip?

There is still room for additional scouts and one adult on this trip. Installment payments are due to Ms. Jones. Completed medical forms signed by a physician are also required for this trip, so don't delay scheduling a doctor appointment for your scout's physical.
